Dr. DeGraw didn’t address my problems. He didn’t check my ears, my throat or listen to my lungs. Once he tested me for covid , then didn’t listen to any of the problems. He did prescribe a zpack so maybe it will help.

I really like Dr. DeGrauw, and all staff , but only thing I don’t like wait in the room about one hour , whenever I visited to see him.

I've been Dr.Degraw patient over 20 years ,This Doctor has saved my life literally, When I had my first appointment with Dr Jeff I was living on borrowed time I was slowly dying of many health issues. And then I met DR Jeffrey Degraw ,I feel Bad too anyone who isn't his patient. Thank You Doctor Jeff

I would recommend the practice itself. I would recommend my doctor, Dr. Courtney Nelson. He was unable to see me because he was booked. I saw Dr. Jeffrey DeGrauw. I’ve been suffering with a cold that at times gets worse. At times when I cough it feels like my head is exploding. My ears throb at times and a persistent cough, nasal drainage and loss of taste and smell. In my opinion, Dr. DeGrauw was more concerned about convincing me to take the Covid shot. Because I have loss of taste and smell, he ordered a Covid test. The test came back negative. I’m concerned that doctors now are so hyper focused on Covid that they forget that the common cold and flu caused these very same symptoms. When he came back into the room he let me know the tests were negative and prescribe me an anabiotic for a bacterial infection. I would expressed concern that he did not check my ears nor my throat because he was hyper focused on Covid and the flu shot and what he deemed as me being misinformed. I shared with him the story of two coworkers. One coworker who had been fully vaccinated in July and in November caught Covid and was out of work for fourteen days. The other coworker was forced to get the vaccination and on the second dose got Covid. She was out for 11 days. He told me that’s impossible. I told him her doctor is the one who told her, he has seen a rise in Covid from people getting the vaccine. Dr. DeGrauw stated again, that’s impossible. He said that I was part of a very small group that is misinformed. (Shook his head) I was offended and glad to get out of there.

I must complain - this computer check in is way way way too long. I tried to complete last time and it went on and on and on and on and on.....No trying to check in today. It requires me to ask the computer for a code to verify my phone number of who I say I am.  Computer security should be enough when logging in.  This is truly ridiculous.  I wish to OPT out with your computer system. Is that possible?  I should have been able to click on my phone number without having to ask for a code first. I am so sorry to complain at this point in time where Dr DeGrauw has been our doctor when previously deceased family were patients. Even the last time I logged in from his office waiting room it took quite a while but this is beyond what I can manage.  How many others are complaining?  Really.  I have always left shining replies after my visit but until a shorter sign in system is set up. I cannot do it.  I am so very sorry, I regret that I feel this bad about your new system.  I guess I'm just The complainer Does anyone care. P.S. Dr. DeGrauw is still excellent but your sign in system will always be too long for me.

I always feel really comfortable talking to Dr. DeGrauw he listens intently and explains everything really well. I feel like he genuinely cares and takes his time talking with you until all of your concerns have been addressed.
