About Jeffery L. DeGrauw, MD
Dr. DeGrauw has been practicing in Utah for over 20 years. He attended Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, where he received his Bachelor's Degree of Science in Biology with a minor in Physics and English Literature in 1985. Dr. DeGrauw then went on to Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon and received his Doctor of Medicine Degree, then did his internship in the General Surgery Preliminary Program until 1991. Dr. DeGrauw first practiced medicine at The Family Medical Center in Tigard, Oregon from 1991 to 1992.
He moved to Utah in 1992 where he did his Residency at the University of Utah Medical Center Department of Family Medicine and Preventative Medicine. He was the Chief Resident at the University of Utah from 1994 to 1995. He practiced at Southwest Emergency in West Jordan, Utah from 1994 to 1995 then went on to care for patients at the University of Utah Health Network, formerly Talbert Medical Group, formerly FHP from 1995 through 2000 where he served on the Board of Directors and was the clinic Team Leader. It was from there that he opened his own private practice calling it Wasatch Peak Family Practice and is currently serving as its President. Dr. DeGrauw is also currently serving at the Medical Director for CNS Hospice.
