SculpSure Results: What Can I Expect?

Are you trying to shed the last of your baby bulge? Does it seem like your quarantine pudge is here to stay?  Is your rigorous diet and exercise plan not producing the results you had hoped for? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you should consider SculpSure, a non-invasive body-contouring procedure offered at Oceans Contours, LLC, at Wasatch Peak Family Practice in Layton, Utah .

You may have heard of SculpSure but have been reluctant to try it. Maybe you’re not convinced it works, or perhaps you’re concerned about it being painful or uncomfortable. Two things we can tell you right off the bat: It works, and it isn’t painful. Studies have shown that SculpSure successfully removes 20-25% of fat in the selected treatment area.

How does SculpSure work?

SculpSure is an FDA-approved non-surgical laser treatment that helps eliminate unwanted fat cells in your thighs, abdomen, back, and chin. The laser technology works by heating targeted fats cells to a temperature of 117 degrees Fahrenheit in order to damage them.

Slowly, these damaged fat cells are flushed out of your body. Each treatment reduces fat cells in one area by about 24%. Most people opt for one to three treatments of each area, with appointments spaced about four to six weeks apart. The technology alternates heat and cooling so that the 25 to 30-minute session is not painful or uncomfortable. Even better, the laser heat only damages internal cells, so your skin is not harmed.

What to expect from Sculpsure

Don’t expect immediate results. While SculpSure is an easy way to reduce unsightly bulges, results are not apparent right after leaving the clinic. You can expect to start seeing results in about six weeks, with your final new, contoured figure visible 12 weeks after your last appointment.

You can expect the results to be permanent. However, new fat cells can form if you don’t stick to a healthy diet and exercise routine. SculpSure is a fat-reduction procedure but not a weight-loss tool. You will still need to eat well and exercise to see positive results from your scale.

You can expect to resume your normal daily activities right after your SculpSure appointment. There is no downtime, and side effects are minimal. Side effects may include tingling, soreness, swelling, and redness immediately after the procedure but should go away shortly.

You also should expect body confidence and a new, natural-looking, improved figure.
